Jeff Whittle grew up on a farm in Iowa, where he fell in love with listening to the radio and became a deejay while I was still in high school. After college, Jeff moved to Los Angeles and worked on several stations. But he wasn’t active at all, so Jeff got weak and flabby. That prompted him to join a gym and hire a personal trainer, and eventually become a trainer myself. Jeff's wife was also a radio announcer.
